These walks are just for women, so no children I’m afraid. It’s about giving you time and space just for you.

No dogs on these walks, even the friendliest ones. It helps keep the focus on conversation and connection.

Please book your free spot on Eventbrite, it helps me know who’s coming. If you forget and want to join last-minute, that’s ok too, just go to Eventbright and book a space.

Whatever you feel comfortable walking in. Trainers or flat shoes are fine, and bring a coat if the weather looks unpredictable.
It will be around Rushcliffe country park, or close by so there maybe a bit of mud during the winter months.

I keep them small and friendly usually around 8–12 women. Enough to feel part of a group, but not so big that you get lost in the crowescription

If it’s light rain, we’ll still walk just bring a coat or brolly. If the weather’s really bad, I’ll post an update on the Eventbrite page and by email so you’re not left guessing.
Dress appropriately to be outside for an hour.
