Reclamation 1-2-1
This coaching package is comprehensive. It’s called signature for a reason, you get a high level of support, personalisation, and care. Here’s a breakdown of what’s included and why it matters for you.
In short: You get a coach (hi, that’s me) who is all-in with you for a year, in regular conversations, in intensive VIP immersions, in your back pocket via text, and in careful behind-the-scenes thinking about your growth.
This is as close to having a personal guide as it gets.

• Unlimited Access to Me: You’ll have direct WhatsApp access with a 72-hour response time, so you’re never left feeling unsupported.

What Transformation Can Look Like for You
Everyone’s results will be unique, and I won’t pretend I have a crystal ball. But here are some shifts my clients often experience over the course of our year together. As you read these, picture yourself in these shoes:
Reclaiming Your Energy: Instead of waking up dreading the day or feeling like you’re 100 years old, you might find yourself bouncing out of bed (at least on most days) with a sense of purpose. You’ll learn what truly energises you (and what drains you) and reorganise your life around those insights. Bye-bye constant exhaustion, hello sustainable energy and better boundaries.
Confidence in Decision-Making: No more agonising for days over every choice or constantly deferring to others’ needs. You’ll cultivate a stronger connection to your own intuition and desires. By the end of the program, many of my clients make a big life decision they’d been avoiding from changing careers to ending or rekindling a relationship, to moving house or starting that side business. The difference is, they make the decision with clarity and confidence, not from a place of fear or “I should.”
Joy and Playfulness: Sounds almost trivial, but gosh, it’s not you will laugh more, sing more, dance in the kitchen more. One client told me, “I blast music and dance while cooking now – I haven’t done that in 20 years!” That might seem small, but it’s a huge sign of a woman coming back to life. You’ll rediscover what makes you happy for no other reason than it does. Maybe you’ll pick up that guitar gathering dust, or plan a girls’ weekend just because, or start taking Friday afternoons off work to go on hiking adventures. Joy stops feeling like a distant memory and becomes a part of your daily life.
Better Relationships (Without Losing Yourself): Whether it’s with your partner, friends, or family, doing this inner work has a beautiful ripple effect. As you establish healthier boundaries and communicate more honestly, you’ll notice your relationships shift. Clients have reported their marriages improving because they finally say what they need, or friendships deepening because they’re showing up more authentically (and attracting more authentic people, too). If you’ve been caring for a loved one (like an ill parent or partner), we’ll also focus on how you can support them without pouring from an empty cup. You’ll learn it’s not only okay to take care of you it actually makes you a more present and loving supporter for them.
A Sense of Agency and Freedom: This might be the most important one. You’ll stop living on autopilot, going through the motions of a life built on “shoulds.” Instead, you’ll start making deliberate choices that align with who you truly are. That could mean finally saying no to things (without the world ending, imagine that!), or it could mean saying a big brave yes to something you really want. As one woman put it, “I feel like I’m in the driver’s seat of my own life again.” That’s huge.
Feeling Like “You” Again but an Even Truer You: Perhaps the best way to describe the transformation is this: you come home to yourself. The women I coach often say towards the end, “I feel like me. A new me, or maybe the me I was always meant to be.” It’s hard to put into words until you experience it. But if you’ve ever looked in the mirror and not recognised the tired, joyless face looking back, imagine looking and seeing a spark in your eyes again, knowing exactly who you are and feeling proud of her. That’s what I want for you.
