You’ll meet the parts of you that have been running the show quietly in the background, the strengths that support you, and the shadows that hold you back.

And somewhere in that mix, you’ll feel the spark start to come back.

What this really is

The Reclamation Session is a 7-day experience for women who are done pretending everything’s ok while quietly feeling flat inside.

It’s where you’ll:

  • Reconnect with your natural joy and presence

  • See what’s been driving you, and what it’s quietly been costing you.

  • Rediscover parts of yourself you pushed away to stay strong

  • Begin to move through life with calm, clarity, and confidence again

You don’t need to be falling apart to want something more.

You just need to be honest enough to admit something’s missing.

What you will leave with

  • Relief that you’re not the only one who’s been feeling this way.

  • A steadier kind of confidence, the kind that doesn’t depend on keeping everyone else happy.

  • Language for what’s really been happening beneath the surface and how to shift it.

  • The first flicker of something you haven’t felt in a while… trust, ease, maybe even joy.

What happens

Sunday 18 January – Ruddington (3½ hours)

We begin together in a warm, welcoming space that feels like an exhale.

You’ll be introduced to The 12 Reclamation Archetypes, mirrors that show the ways you protect, perform, and persevere.

You’ll start to see how each part of you both supports and sometimes sabotages the woman you’re becoming.

Through creative reflection, guided conversation, and optional in-room coaching, you’ll gently uncover:

  • The traits you’ve buried to stay “good” or “in control”

  • The strengths that have quietly carried you

  • The parts of you ready to return

You’ll leave lighter, more grounded, and quietly certain that something in you has shifted

MONDAY–FRIday – At home online

The work continues…gently, privately, and at your own pace.

You’ll receive daily reflections and guided prompts to help integrate what surfaced in the room.

There’s also an audio visualisation to help you pause and re-centre whenever life feels noisy.

If you want connection, there’s an optional WhatsApp group (for encouragement, laughter, and small wins).

And if you’d like deeper support, you’ll have two private 30-minute coaching sessions with me to use before, during, or after the week. (Worth more than the course just on their own!)

Thursday – Online Gathering– (7-9pm)

We dive deeper into the archetypes, this time exploring how to turn awareness into action.

You’ll learn how to notice when an old pattern takes the wheel, and how to choose differently with calm, compassion, and boundaries that feel good.

This is where insight becomes momentum.

Friday – Online – The Hearth Session (1 hour)

We end the week by bringing everything together.
The Fire Room is our final gathering ,a warm, grounded space to celebrate what’s shifted, acknowledge what’s been reclaimed, and set your direction moving forward.

This is a moment to anchor what you’ve found so you can carry it with you.

Replays will be available of the online sessions for 2 weeks after- because I know life can sometimes life, but I highly recommend putting the sessions in your calendar now!
